The captain of Willow is at all times responsible for implementation of this Waste Management Plan. All crew members and guests agree as a condition of being on the vessel that they will strictly adhere to the following requirements:

1. Management of waste aboard Willow will be in accordance with MARPOL Treaty.
2. No plastic will ever be thrown overboard.
3. Any disposal overboard will be in accordance with posted placard restrictions, and only with the permission of the skipper.
4. Trash and garbage will be stored aboard in appropriate containers.
5. Trash and garbage will only be taken off the boat at a site that can properly handle it.
