Support Agreement

At SLTF, we believe in working together with the client towards the client's goals. Knowing that "being there" when needed is important to the client's success, SLTF recommends a Support Agreement with the client. The Support Agreement includes the following activities from SLTF:

	Meetings lasting two hours, either at the client site or via telephone
	Unlimited phone support
	Discounts on additional services

Meetings may take place one, two, or four times a month. There are no commitments beyond the first month. If you would like, you may make a commitment for an extended time period and receive a discount on your support costs.

The Support Agreement assures you that SLTF will be available to you for supporting your efforts. SLTF limits the number of Support Agreements that it will accept, so that all clients under support will receive the promised services.
